How is it a person can contact the Birmingham F.A.A. F.S.O website leaving a complaint and a half hour later things to the nature of the complaint exponentially pick up over and or around, ...in hours becoming triple what it was in the previous nest of the weeks before and remain that way for over a week and a half, mysteriously followed by an escalation of navy jets, planes and helicopters behind around and over head equally low if not lower and noisier? Is it legal to turn a residential area into a flight zone and not properly inform or at the least hold a meeting with the residents their action would affect, to discuss any changes to the environment without residents input, because I know for a fact had there been a meeting, the powers changing zones all of so sudden to legalize their endeavors would have met with heavy resistance, even in a place like Pensacola ?
Why are residents in Pensacola constantly bombarded with all manner of aviation violations while official pretend to see no evil? When complaints are fired off to the very authorities put in place to protect the people, why is nothing often not done? People are forced to endure the navy's blatant violation on zoning laws with their constant practicing, circling excusing themselves as saying its a military town and or that reserves and bases long closed are now so suddenly open, once again without proper notification directly to residents.
Who controls the towers at airports across America? In a town where commercial and military powers are all of one mind promoting to the outside world the area is some sort of “aviation town”, the fact is here can tell you, it hasn't been that in over a half a decade, except maybe in the minds of those watching the money. Can you fathom any resident complaining to the authority about their recent nuisances coming off as a part of the problem? How do you think those would be handled?

Watching County Ordinances like Article 11 Paragraph 1 as a way to combat the spikes,I saw Article 1 ordering all sellers to literally put a form into home buyers contract explaining aviations present, hm? There is a lot of interesting things there that can be used, but unfortunately the legal system here in this respect isn’t forthcoming with the help necessary to get action moving in the ways needed to serve the residents.
*The board of county commissioners of Escambia County has considered, among other things, the character of the operations conducted and proposed to be conducted at the various airports and airfields of Escambia County, the nature of the terrain and the character of the land within airport/airfield hazard areas, the current uses of property within and around such hazard areas and the uses that are appropriate and the recommendations of the 2003 Joint Land Use Study (JLUS) addressing military airfield encroachment, and the board finds as following.
Seriously, what is “... among other things...", the obvious is stated clearly so what is this referring to? In 2003, the JLUS were calling all areas around any field a hazardous area but because they've considered other things, the lives around these hazard zones means today absolutely nothing? Perhaps today its now safer to bend, buzz, shriek, hum, vibrate dog fight, and every other thing not mentioned over resident houses low enough to hit with a stone (7 miles out in a direction no runways goes) as they have been doing for the pass 10 years known to the FAA FSO Birmingham and it’s no great deal to these authorities because again its they themselves who control every aspect of the arena?
The (JLUS) Finding went on to point out...
*There exist airports and airfields within Escambia County and in proximity to Escambia County that are vitally important to the county, but whose operations are potentially harmful to the health, safety and general welfare of the citizens of Escambia County;
What? So what motive might there be for putting these residents in danger, pardon …potential danger, risk to individuals and general welfare's lives, all of not so sudden? How is the influx of these threats (excessive aviation over head) to the general safety health and welfare helpful to the county and not to the residents? I would ask the County Commissions Office these questions, but as the zoning maps just recently changed as to make over the main complainers area's flight zones, the action would most likely yield no conclusive good result as would this article, I'm sure.

So, why isn’t this told to potential buyers when they sit down with sellers, so as they can make a determination on their own as to if they want to take that risk or not? I can hear them all saying its in your contract nobody reads until the proverbial skit hits the fan.

Wow, no joke? Right now Nov. 9, 2012 10:36PM an old military propeller plane is outside literally overhead, sometimes just coming to the front door heading south. Would you like to know how many times this planes flying overhead in this residential area? 33 this far. Update: Came back 2 nights later did another 35 circles, left came back that evening and did another 20 on 11/14.Shall we talk of the navy trainer playing feet over the electric high wires directly over head low enough to spit at it? Who’s responsible when things go wrong considering their not suppose to be violating ordinances like that?
There is a constant onslaught of aviation over head and it wasn’t there before complaining to the FAA? Now why is that, do dare ask? When the JLUS finds that these fields are important to the County, aren’t they being double minded? How can they say in the interest of the residents but still turn and say Benefactor County? With this sort of doctrinal philosophy on the books there’s bound to be a legal department out there putting out self-serving contractual clauses all over the place, taking advantage of the rules obligating owners and buyers to submit to the ever growing potential danger and nuisances and nothing be done about it because the dirt is all,…”legal like”. These practices is wrong.
Comparing zoning regulations maps now to a few months ago, the flight noise zone has extended and the height zone has too, both has changed from an immediate encompassing of the airports to a scheme extending outward to guess which area? (Not shocking at all, I'd cover my bases were I the collective of them too.)
Has anyone asked Google Maps, why everything has moved 4 to 5 miles south and why in some cases roads are warped, homes in places they should not be, etc., on their mapping system? The mind wonders when it comes to the ties that binds them and so I won't speculate or hypothesize.

Note that these ordinances are current and yet by fairly closed door deliberations, the collaborators unbeknown to 90 percent of the residents, are unaware these ordinances or their actions existed. The powers that be has managed to "Create" nuisance monstrous forms , " RE establish " an old half a decades closed Navy reserve (guess behind where) without due process, and "Intensify" what was small aircraft seemingly once a week if that, to points nearly one craft at any given minutes, often together, large and or small of various kinds belonging to either entity (airport or navy) at any time? Again, no complaint is valid because the collective collaberators of this monster controls every area of the arena. One thing is clear in Pensacola, "Home owners has no say, unless done so openly and loudly and even then its a battle.
These regulations are so exacting that pilots aren't allowed any more than 700 feet either way of the exact middle of the runway to land or take off? The Article 11:1 goes on to point out….
*That the creation or establishment of incompatible land uses around airports and/or airfields is a nuisance and injurious to the region served by the Pensacola Regional Airport, Ferguson and Coastal airports and NAS Pensacola, NOLF Saufley and NOLF Site 8 Airfields, and the Navy Hospital heliport.
Yet there are clearly new residents in the area who were not warned of these things? Clearly, no one want's to live near an airport unless the taxes and or rent mortgage etc. are extremely cheaper ( for those residents that aren’t aware, there is a clause for residents to get their tax lowered if these things are constantly over your property – how to get it is in the same regulations, look it up, I think its under the Avigation easement part) In short, if evidence is any fact these days, ... anyone getting in the way of their illusions of progress will be harassed.
We are all endowed with an alienable right to a piece of peace in this life, when the neighbor violates that we talk to them or call the cops; when the cops (FAA), are acting like the watch dogs for the crooks and violators (airports n navy), and when the watch out men (zoning , city, county, state and federal officials) are all causing blocks, hiding crimes and bending laws, what is there to do? Being directly affected, truly concern ,rather now fixated on the injustices going on, to which no officials seemingly are concerned about could really be disheartening were you an average person. Who wants to think their officials are collectively plotting evil behind closed doors against citizens for gain? The illusion of a perfectness in government has reached a new low for me, when the Diaspora is considered.

Understanding that the jurisdictions hands are tied, there would be no justice forthcoming not just for security in position but for revenues sake, and so Violations on every ordinance concerning their authority to act is excused as it go on. This isn't about the overall local collective doing wrong and getting away with it? Its about the oversights or lack of it is what this article is really about. Some would excuse it as bitchy retribution revolution and what ever on the writers part, negating facts refusing to reflect on whats really being said, and that's totally okay, but be reminded of whats really going on. This is actually about an agency set up and suppose design to protect the people against violations, who are deliberately, yes - willfully if evidence is considered proof, and purposefully going out their way to allow if not force violations on residents and or pretend like it’s not going on, excusing violators behaviors behind policies claiming its how it is in the ignorance of their listeners or how that they don’t believe these or their professionals would act such ways, etc.,... and so nothing get done outside of probably saying they looked into it, later concluding nothing found beyond, excusing in the violators favors, which often returns to the scene of the crime to repeat the offense numerous times exponentially for some odd reason.
Lets be clear, ordinances says, they’re not to be hanging around in the residential areas because of the obvious and yet every day we witness violations. There's a new action going on apart from the overhead all day thing which has declined impart I'm sure to exposure and some good minds knowing whats good for business around here, and that action is the going away of craft from over head for about ten minutes to come back overhead or just off to the side a bit and hang around for another ten minutes buzzing, diving, dog fighting or simple just going around in circles making noise, to repeat this cycle numerous time throughout the day on some days . It has always been that they’ve used landing heights ( heights by the way, that are regulated to a foot elevation per foot forward-must exceed 500ft before a mile out and the inverse in for landing- we're seven miles N.W. out of their best excuse for a runway, though for some stranger reason on internet maps we're in the path of a runway), in any event, seemingly they're portraying landing patterns acting as if they’re going to land only to cut around the north at often quieter and slightly higher levels to repeat the process numerous times a day. Is this a nuisance? Is this potentially dangerous behavior? Nothing stays the same forever, but wow, whats with the spontaneous jets over head often leaving trails? I have been watching the skies here for over a decade like a hawk on a fat chicken and ever since the chem trail conspiracy article I participated in, there's been an outburst of those since? Who in the conversation was well connected Mr. Detective?
When the gate keepers are not responsive, responsible or capable of taken advice, resenting any input however it comes, to be taken as a threat or that the overall establishment simply don’t care what goes on beyond their own bottom line, and the people take notice and do something , why do they become so madden when someone shows what’s going on?. Sat.Nov 3 -10:26am. 11:09AM and two other times after that, a medivac helicopter is just over the trees back and forth, reported it because the walls vibrates even if it passes a few houses away at a certain height, that’s how low it is, (500 ft my pie), in any event it was reported and the next few days brought an onslaught of airbuses one day, military garbage not seen since Hover the next day , a mixture of small and large, shrieking and vibrations in combinations excessively after, and so on for a week. They say the weary has no rest and that evil is forever a pest and if evidence reigns true to points of no rest in your yard to listen to birds, ...well.
Who grants aviators access in directions? Aren’t routes plotted and submitted for approval to the FAA by aviators? So why do they always act surprise when people call of planes to low or excessive? Could it be the establishment simply want people to shut up and let things happen without quirks? They had to know there would be at least one serious protest? How would they..no were you them, how would you deal with or prepare for such? Now ask yourself honestly would it be right?
Some would say you’re in a flight zone, the reality is that a flight zone is being placed around here for one clear known reason, and I suspect bad minds and not practical or business sense has anything to do with it Our officials seemingly come off so wickedly evil as to deliberately fashion nuisances never seen before across residential area, excusing absence and or ignorance as aviatiors roars their engines like never before showing absolutely no care for residents, daring any resident to complain with it.
And so the drum keeps beating as the violations goes on and complaints are made on deaf ears and eyes. Tomorrow will bring another one or two or dozen maybe twice that crying for attention like some sort of strange harlot wearing make-up beyond measure looking for a man to trap? The reality, we all see what appear to be made up clowns performing because of the over use of bondo (contempt for the present system) with paint. There is no more peace in Pensacola like it use to be, potential home buyers looking for property near the quasi polluted beaches be warned, the beat of the drums is as steady as the ticks of a clock and if you're about to retire and want a little bit of peace, it's not the place. We love Pensacolas people enough to speak the truth despite the over zealous patriotic banters those in control perpetuate, and if this little bit of hell on earth is any indication as to what the rest of the world might expect under such minds... as we are here in Pensacola, the world is in trouble.
